Did SSSCT appoint Dr. Reddy as SSSIO Chair?
No. As per the bylaws of the Sri Sathya Sai World Foundation the board of directors of the Foundation met and unanimously selected Dr. Narendranath Reddy as Chairman of the Prasanthi Council on November 23, 2011. Dr. Goldstein continued as Chairman of the Sri Sathya Sai World Foundation and resigned as Chairman of the Prasanthi Council as recorded in the minutes of Sri Sathya Sai World Foundation.
The then Trustees of the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust knew all the Board of Directors of the Sri Sathya Sai World Foundation in 2011 as all of them were appointed directly by Swami. Later on November 23, 2012, Dr. Goldstein resigned from the Sri Sathya Sai World Foundation and the Board appointed Mr. Gary Belz as its Chairman. Dr. Narendranath Reddy continued as Chairman of the Prasanthi Council.
There was never a moment during the decades of the SSSIO that Swami said the SSSIO should report to the Central Trust.
