Ocean of Music

The Ocean of Music (OoM) Sai Young Adults (YA) international subcommittee encourages YAs around the world to participate and contribute to a repository of original and uplifting devotional as well as Human Values-based musical compositions and offerings.

Devotional music plays an integral role in the lives of YAs worldwide, who are passionate about music and feel the presence of Sri Sathya Sai Baba in their hearts. It is their love and devotion for Sri Sathya Sai Baba that is expressed in their compositions.

Similarly, embracing the five Universal Human Values i.e., Truth, Right Conduct, Peace, Love, and Non-violence in our daily lives is imperative in our spiritual journey. Hence, we encourage YAs from around the world to submit original musical compositions and to create other forms of art to inculcate and celebrate these values.

OoM provides a creative outlet for all Sai Young Adults worldwide to express and share their musical talent with an aim to ignite the flame of Unity in Diversity around the world through these beautiful and melodious musical renditions.

Albums by Ocean of Music

A series of music albums by the International Sai Young Adults.

On the momentous and auspicious occasion of Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s 96th Birthday, the Sri Sathya Sai International Organization is pleased to announce the release of the first volume of the International Sai Young Adults Musical Album Series: Ocean of Music. The albums will be composed of a beautiful garland of multilingual Bhajans and Values-Based songs rendered by Sai Young Adults from around the world.

This musical rendition will bring waves of Divine Bliss through multilingual Bhajans, Devotional songs, and Values-Based songs to the homes and hearts of all. Join us for an elevating myriad of vibrant melodies as we experience the joy and love of His Glory.

With the blessings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, on the momentous and auspicious occasion of Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s Aradhana Mahotsavam, the Sai Young Adults of the Sri Sathya Sai International Organization is pleased to announce the release of the second volume of the International Sai Young Adults: Ocean of Music, Volume 2. This album consists of a beautiful garland of multilingual Bhajans and Values-Based songs rendered by Sai Young Adults from around the world.

The SSSIO has numerous international online events scheduled for the remainder of 2022 with many more projects to come in 2023!

  • Worldwide Akhanda Bhajans (November 2022)
  • Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba's 97th Birthday (November 2022)
  • Maha Shivaratri Akhanda Bhajans (February 2023)
  • Ocean of Music Volume 4

The International Sai Young Adults will be recording musical offerings and bhajans for each of these events. In order to streamline the planning and extend the opportunity, to participate, to as many Young Adults as possible, we are creating a music talent repository of all Sai Young Adults interested to record music for these events. This audition is open to all singers and musicians for all upcoming events.

An independent panel will review the recordings, and select singers and instrumentalists for the events based on the quality and proficiency demonstrated through the submissions. If selected, after the audition, you will be contacted with recording assignments based on the need and scope for each event. Please note, you may be assigned for any or all of the events.

We are additionally looking for Young Adults skilled in the mixing and music editing process. If you are interested in helping with this aspect, please complete this form as well.

Participation in YA musical initiatives is open to everyone aged 16-40.

Please note: Even if you have filled out this form last year, we still require you to complete it again this year as this form is the one we will be using moving forward.
